Return & Refund Policy – ICC | Incredible Chic Collections®

Introduction
At ICC – Incredible Chic Collections®, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled for purchases made on incrediblechic.com. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- A return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective upon arrival.
A standard $8.99 return label fee applies to all Gold-Plated jewelry unless the return is due to a verified defect or an ICC shipping error.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made items
- Solid gold jewelry (final sale)
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)
- Moissanite jewelry that has been worn or altered
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items showing signs of wear, misuse, or damage not caused by ICC
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email us at connect@incrediblechic.com.
- Include your order number and the reason for your return.
- Attach clear photos if the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return label and instructions.
Note: Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility unless ICC is at fault.
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed under these conditions:
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment only.
- Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after item inspection.
- Original shipping charges and warranty processing fees are non-refundable.
- If the item does not meet return eligibility requirements, no refund will be issued.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered for eligible items. Defective items may be replaced or repaired under our Lifetime Guarantee & Warranty Programs . Some exchanges require the original item to be returned before a replacement is shipped.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Notify us within 72 hours of delivery.
- Send clear photos of the item and original packaging.
- ICC will cover return shipping and issue a replacement or refund.
7. International Orders
For international customers:
- Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
- International return shipping and customs fees are the customer's responsibility unless ICC is at fault.
